New York Times releases new TimesReader application

Although at the time of this writing I can’t seem to access the paid search link to TimesReader 2.0, Crunchgear has a nice picture and writeup of the pulp replacement service that the NYTimes has relaunched.

I still like the Sunday edition of the paper.  I can’t realistically drag my laptop to all my daughters’ Karate and Gymnastics practices on Saturday.

And does it measure ad impressions? Can I click through interesting ads?

People need to remember that it’s the ads, not the subscriptions that pay for the Journalism.

Oh, it also uses Adobe Air.  My Macbook Air hates its rival, Adobe Air.  It slows everything down.  Paper has no compatibility issues.
